Assignment 1: StudyAbroad - Acadfly

Acadfly is an awareness platform for study abroad aspirants, a one-stop solution for all study-abroad requirements. The main student categories of the course that we plan to address are Graduation and Post-Graduation in Medical, STEM, Business and Arts.

The process of going to study outside India starts with exploring to eventually reach the campus. Simplified in 10 steps as below

  1. Explore
  2. Counseling
  3. Shortlist University/Course
  4. Exams: Exam Preparation and final score
  5. Application (Documents): Profile completion, application document
  6. Offer letter from university
  7. Loan (Education fees)
  8. Visa & Accommodation
  9. Travel
  10. On-Campus

Assignment

You will be responsible for the complete product strategy and development execution.

  1. Identify and justify the top three metrics and choose a north star that will guide the success and growth of the app.
  2. Based on the identified metrics, develop a step-oriented roadmap. This should include:
    • Objectives and Key Results (OKRs): Define clear objectives/reasoning and key results aligned with the identified metrics.
    • Feature Prioritization: Outline the main features to be developed, prioritized according to their impact on the key metrics
  3. Create a wireframe for one of the features depicting the end to end user journey.

Assignment 2: Live learning for kids: CuriousJr

CuriousJr is an App/website to teach coding and school academic courses to kids, following the pedagogy of learn code publish and learning made fun respectively in each domain.
